Our work is rooted in the belief that education is a universal right — not a privilege. Since 2010, we have been on the ground in Haiti and beyond, running programs that remove barriers, provide resources, and empower communities to build their own educational futures. Every initiative we run is designed with communities, not just for them.

OUR PROGRAMS
Literacy & Learning
We provide structured literacy programs that give children and adults the foundational reading and writing skills they need to participate fully in society. From early childhood education to adult literacy classes, we meet learners where they are.
School Supplies Distribution
Every year, thousands of children in Haiti and beyond start the school year without the basic tools they need. We distribute backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and uniforms so that no child has to choose between going to school and going without.
Women's Empowerment
We run targeted programs that support women and girls in accessing education, vocational training, and leadership opportunities. When women are educated, entire communities thrive. We're committed to closing the gender gap in education.
Community Development
Sustainable change starts from within. We work alongside community leaders, parents, and local organizations to build programs that communities own and lead. Our role is to support, resource, and amplify — not to replace.

Reshape ED has had the honor of bringing the voices of underserved communities to the global stage at the United Nations. Our presence there reflects our commitment to advocating for educational equity not just locally, but at the highest levels of international dialogue.
